Pay It Forward | Mlm | Network Marketing

In life and in business you should always try to create value for people, give people more than they need, help as many people as possible and it will come back to you 10 fold. The key for me is to not expect something back in return. If you do expect something back in return then you are doing it from the wrong place in your heart.

You don't need things back in return, you should feel good inside when you do something good for someone else.

The value for me in this video is that the things I do for others have to be big things rather than small things. It's easy for you to make someone a cup of tea, or to give them a few pounds to go to the shop, but when these things are bigger things, it gets a little harder but it offers much more value and is more beneficial to the other person.

If you do, do something for someone else, you'll usually find that they will try to pay it back to you and do something for you in return as this is the law of reciprocation in action. The true power of the pay it forward system comes when you tell that person to do something good for someone else rather than back to you in return.

In an ideal world, everyone would pay it forward but unfortunately in reality, not everyone would do it.

Network Marketing is fundimentially based on the pay it forward principles and as we all know it sounds so simple when you realise that everyone you sponsor only has to sponsor 3 people and then show 3 others how to do the same. This is network marketing in it's simplest form and it doesn't need to be difficult.

People over complicate things and throw too much information into the mix, which then confuses people. Rather than just sponsoring 3 people, the confused person will just sit there and take no action at all because they feel overwhelmed.
